NEMIS UPI (Unique Personal Identifier)

Learner UPI issued by the Ministry of Education's NEMIS platform. Applicants without one are helped to register.

KRA PIN of Fee Payer

Needed on fee receipts for parents claiming the school-fees relief on their annual KRA return.

Work Permit / Alien Card

For non-Kenyan resident families: copy of the parent's valid Kenyan work permit or alien registration card.

Recommendation Letter from Previous School

Signed letter from the previous head teacher or class teacher, on school letterhead.

Special Educational Needs Assessment Report

Only if the applicant has been assessed for dyslexia, autism, ADHD or another learning need. Helps the school plan support.
